About Rahul
Rahul's interest in electric mobility comes from hands-on experience building and developing automotive products rather than simply observing the EV market from the outside.
Earlier in his automotive career, he was involved in electric-vehicle product development and manufacturing, including work associated with Gensol Electric Vehicles. His public work around the development and manufacturing of electric vehicles has included product development, engineering and manufacturing initiatives.
He has also worked on mobility products aimed at solving real-world transportation problems in India, giving him a perspective that combines engineering, product thinking and the practical realities of vehicle adoption.
Today, Rahul's focus is on making electric mobility easier to understand and easier to adopt. With Thatsmyev, he is building a platform that brings together EV discovery, research, comparison, buying assistance and the broader customer journey around electric cars.
